Jisc Collections is pleased to confirm that we are running an event for Higher Education Institutions, which will be held at the Jisc London offices on 4th June 2014. Please review the details below:
Event: Jisc Collections Members Forum for Higher Education
Date: Wednesday, 4th June 2014.
Time: Arrival at 10am for registration and refreshments, for a 10.30am start and 3pm finish (using suggested agenda, 4pm at the latest if agenda is amended following feedback).
Venue: Brettenham House, London (See link: http://www.jisc-collections.ac.uk/Contact-us/How-to-find-us/ )
The event: The event will include presentations on relevant topics (including Q&A), plus an interactive feedback session and one2one’s (pre-booked upon request, see below).
One2One sessions: Institutions will have the opportunity to book 'one2one' sessions via the online survey below, to discuss any concerns or queries with a Licensing Manager (agreements) or our Licensing Specialist (the licence), where there is interest. Plus Helpdesk ‘one2one’ sessions will be made available, where representatives may need assistance with their online account. Once we have reviewed the number of one2one session requests, timings will be confirmed.

Please note: There are a limited number of spaces, with places being offered on a first come first served basis. Institutions will receive confirmation via email if their attendance request was successful in due course (or if the event is now full), along with details on the final agenda. This event will be shaped by your feedback, we may add to or amend sessions depending on attendee requirements and level of interest. A suggested agenda has been provided within the introduction of the online sign up survey, although feedback may require slight changes to timings / sessions, to ensure attendees get the most from the event. The event will include lunch.
