Institution of Civil Engineers Virtual Library Archive (1836-2002)

ICE Publishing

Institutions now have free online access to the full text of every paper published by the Institution of Civil Engineers between 1836 and 2002, representing over 200,000 pages of information. The content has been purchased in perpetuity, and access via the publisher's server is free until 31/12/2018. An access fee may apply after this date, but institutions can choose to self-host the content for a one-off fee of £500 + VAT.

Internet Archaeology Open Access Membership Scheme

Internet Archaeology is an independent, fully refereed academic online journal, which is published by the Council for British Archaeology and hosted by the Department of Archaeology at the University of York. The journal was founded in 1995 and publishes international research that utilise the potential of electronic publication. The journal has migrated to an Open Access publishing model, where a flat rate annual membership fee based on Jisc banding levels secures a discount of 25% on the article processing charge (APC) for all of the Supporter Member institution’s researchers when publishing in Internet Archaeology covering an unlimited number of articles (from issue 38 onwards). The membership fee also secures a 25% discount on related data deposits in the Archaeology Data Service.

Institutions now have free online access to over 110,000 articles and 1.5 million pages of research from 40 journals published by the Institute of Physics between 1874 and 1998.
