As part of the £22 million JISC Digitisation Programme, access to this resource, via JSTOR, is free to UK Further and Higher Education institutions, Research Councils, publicly funded Schools, publicly funded Libraries, publicly funded Archives and Record Offices within the UK, and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Library until 31/07/2019. An access fee may apply after this date. This programme is providing online access to some of the most significant collections of 19th century pamphlets held in UK research libraries. The digitisation of some twenty six thousand paper copy pamphlets, has created over one million page images that focuses on the political, economic, and social issues that fuelled the great Parliamentary debates and controversies of the 19th century.
Academic OneFile is a multidisciplinary journals collection which is largely made up of peer reviewed titles and is underpinned with reference, newspapers, magazines and audio content. Updated daily, it contains a large number of journals covering a wide variety of subject areas within the arts, humanities, science, engineering, technology, health, life sciences, medicine and the social sciences. Millions of articles are available in both PDF and HTML full text, with no restrictions.
InfoTrac Newsstand provides access to more than 2,300 local, regional and national newspapers from around the world in full text. It also includes thousands of radio and TV broadcasts and transcripts. Users can search articles instantly by title, headline, date, author or newspaper section.

American Council of Learned Societies
ACLS Humanities E-Book is a digital collection of approximately 5,000 full text, cross searchable books in the Humanities (as of January 2017) which are selected for their continuing importance to students and scholars. Updated with between three and four hundred new titles each year, this resource is suitable for all academic levels.
Association For Computing Machinery (ACM)
ACM Books pricing is based on an ownership model which provides archival rights for institutions purchasing the entire collection of ACM Books, with the ability to locally host individual titles for internal use at the discretion of the purchasing institution.
As of the beginning of 2017, ACM Books Collection I has not been completed. This licence is for institutions that wish to purchase the collection upon or before completion during 2017.

Adam Matthew Digital Archival Collections 2017 - Jisc Digital Archival Collections group purchasing pilot
Adam Matthew Digital Ltd
Adam Matthew is making available the following six digital archival collections at discounted prices as part of the Jisc Digital Archival Collections group purchasing pilot which runs from March – July 2017. Jisc is working with a small number of publishers on this initiative which aims to support institutions with a more efficient, coordinated and transparent approach to the acquisition of digital archival collections. The pilot leverages the collective purchasing power of institutions thus widening access to digital archival collections. The more Adam Matthew products are bought by institutions across any of the six collections below, the lower the price.
Institutions can select products at any time between March-July 2017 by using this form.
The pledging period will close on 15 July 2017, after which the final price for each product will be calculated according to how many Adam Matthew products have been bought cumulatively by institutions. Adam Matthew is making available the following six digital archival collections at discounted prices. The collections are part of two packages and can be purchased either as individual products or as a package (further discounts apply):

American Chemical Society
The American Chemical Society is a non-profit organisation chartered by the U.S. Congress. With more than 163,000 members, ACS is the world's largest scientific society and a global leader in providing access to chemistry-related research through its multiple databases, peer-reviewed journals, and scientific conferences.
The ACS Web Editions collection will contain 47 journals in 2016, including one new journal ACS Sensors. ACS also publishes around 35-40 e-books each year, also available via Jisc Collections (updated offer is in preparation).
The ACS Legacy Archives resource has been purchased by Jisc Collections and is available free of charge in perpetuity to UK Higher and Further Education institutions and Research Councils. Institutions now have free online access to over 464,000 articles from the complete backfiles of 22 journals published by the American Chemical Society between 1879 and 1995. Titles include some of the most highly-cited journals in the field, such as 'Chemical Reviews', the 'Journal of the American Chemical Society', and the 'Journal of Organic Chemistry'.
