Geospatial Resources Working Group

The geospatial resources working group provides advice on collecting and development priorities for geospatial resources through a process which identifies and responds to user needs and supports the execution of the JISC Collections Evaluation Framework (incorporating the JISC Collections strategy and the JISC Development strategy).

Summary

The core aims of the geospatial resources working group, as defined in the JISC Collections strategy:

A work programme is prepared annually by the geospatial resources working group covering the next year period. This will be submitted annually for endorsement to the April/May JCS meeting.
