Digital Images for Education - Community Call
The Community Call was published on 6 January 2009. It is for still and moving images from collections in the academic sector and from publicly-funded institutions with a goal of life-long learning.
The tender was published on the JISC Collections website on 6 January 2009. The deadline for submission of bids for this call is 19 th February 2009 at 13:00. Successful bidders will be offered guidance and training in provision of metadata, and the images themselves will be delivered up to December 2009.
There will be a briefing meeting on Wednesday 4th February, 11:00-13:00, at JISC Collections, to present more information about this call and to answer questions. To register for the briefing meeting please email Elinor Brown.
