What is JISC Banding?
The JISC Banding Model is the basis for all subscription fees for the online resources in the JISC Collections. The JISC ranks all further and higher education institutions, specialist colleges and research councils in the UK into one of ten JISC Bands. For an explanation of the model please click here.
JISC Collections has also developed Banding Models for its affiliate members who are not further and higher education institutions, specialist colleges or research councils. For information about the banding metrics developed for affiliate members, please contact l.estelle@jisc.ac.uk
How do I find the JISC Banding for my institution?
