The subscriptions table below summarizes the licence or sub-licence information for each resource in the UK National Academic Archive. Full subscription information for each archive is available from the entries in our catalogue.

Most of our archives use the subscription process shown at right. Exceptions to this procedure are noted below and detailed on the individual archive pages in our catalogue as well as in the Agreement Forms for each resource.

Print out and read the Sub-Licence Agreement.
Complete the Sub-Licence Agreement Form and sign by hand.
Scan the Form and email to subscriptionshelp@jisc.ac.uk or post the completed Sub-Licence Agreement Form to the JISC Collections Helpdesk at the address provided in the Form.
Please retain a copy for your institutional records.

Although the content for these archives has been purchased in perpetuity by JISC Collections, some publishers require an access fee to access the content through their servers. These fees are determined through the JISC Banding structure.
The access term is the period for the current subscription. After this date, an access fee may apply. The access term only applies to accessing the content from the publisher's server. Self-hosted content is purchased once and never expires.
Instead of accessing content via the publisher's server, you may choose to host the content locally on your own institution's server.
Any fees for self hosting content are exclusive of VAT.
This agreement follows a different subscription procedure. Please consult the licence or sublicence agreement form and the individual archive page in our catalogue for full details.
The RSC Journals Archive is available free for Nesli2 subscribers.
Statistical Accounts of Scotland has two levels of service. The basic level is free and requires no agreement. The enhanced service is available through a subscription via EDINA. Please see the Statistical Accounts of Scotland entry in our catalogue for more information.
