NESLi2 Small and Medium Publishers Initiative
JISC Collections has extended the NESLi2 initiative to include online journals from small and medium sized publishers.
NESLi2 is one of the most successful strands of JISC Collections activity generating average annual savings of over £3 million for the education community. Becoming a NESLi2 publisher is reliant on demand from the education community, and with only a limited number of negotiations funded annually, smaller publishers can be overlooked.
In response to institutional demand, NESLi2 SMP seeks to offer a broader range of journals from more publishers and facilitate access for staff, students and researchers to a broader range of online journals.
