Digimap - Ordnance Survey Collection: How to subscribe
- New subscribers should print out and read both the Ordnance Survey Data Sub-Licence Agreement and the Ordnance Survey Data Variation Agreement, noting the amendments to the original sub-licence included in the Variation Agreement.
- Existing subscribers should print out and read the Ordnance Survey Data Variation Agreement, noting the amendments it includes to their current Ordnance Survey Data Sub-Licence Agreement.
- Complete one original copy of the Ordnance Survey Sub-Licence Agreement Form. Under Data Security Responsibilities, please remember to tick the appropriate box in the table. Please use block capitals and black ink.
- Scan and email a copy with the hand signature to subscriptionshelp@jisc.ac.uk or post the original Sub-Licence Agreement Form, completed and unbound to:

Please note: All Digimap users must be fully registered members of a subscribing UK Higher Education or Further Education Institution or Research Council.
Institutions must also ensure they hold a current Ordnance Survey Education Copyright Licence. Costs are as follows:
- HE institutions and Research Councils: £300+VAT
- FE institutions: £145+VAT
- 6th form colleges: £88+VAT
