JISC Collections

Providing access to electronic resources for students and staff in partnership organisations can be both challenging and complex. JISC Collections has produced a briefing document for institutions to use internally to explain why it is not always possible to provide immediate access for users in other organisations both in and outside the UK.

The briefing document also provides answers to the most frequently asked questions about this issue, and we hope that it will provide a useful guide to libraries.
