Registration is at 09.30 and the conference commences at 10.00 am and will close at 15.00.
Conference Venue:
The conference is taking place at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, 1 Birdcage Walk, Westminster, London, SW1H 9JJ.
Getting to the venue:
The nearest tube stations are:
Westminster (Jubilee, District and Circle Lines)
Take Exit 6
Turn left out of underpass and take next right on to Great George Street. Walk along Great George Street and cross over Horse Guards Parade. Cross over the road at the pedestrian crossing on your left. The main entrance to One Birdcage Walk is on your left. It is a 5 minute walk.
St James (District and Circle Lines)
Exit the station onto Tothill Street. Turn left onto Dartmouth Street and at the end of the street walk down Cockpit Steps. At the bottom of the steps turn right and walk along Birdcage Walk. The main entrance to One Birdcage Walk is the first building on your right.

Upon arrival:
Registration will take place in front of the Marble Hall and Gallery on the on the lower ground floor, please take the stairs to your left as you enter the Institution. The cloakroom is next to registration.
The conference will be held in the Lecture Theatre on the Ground Floor, which is the same level as the main reception.
Special Dietary Requirements:
Special Dietary requirements are being catered for and will be labelled accordingly. At lunch, please do make yourself known to the serving staff so that they can ensure that you are provided with the correct meal.
