We would like to thank you for completing our 2011 HE and FE satisfaction surveys. We were really pleased with the response to the survey, we had 89 reponses from HE and 142 from FE colleges. We are now in the process of analysing the responses and benchmarking your satisfaction against 2010. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us in setting our priorities for the coming year and we will be discussing as a company, how we can best meet your requirements. One of the issues that you highlighted to us was around access to the NESli2 reports. While we work out how best to make it easier, but still secure on the new website, we will be in contact with the NESLi2 representatives with an interim solution.
We will make the results of the Satisfaction Surveys and our plans to meet your requirements available in the April 2011 newsletter.
