Tier 4 pricing is offered regardless of whether you opt for journals only, e-books only or journals and e-books. As pricing is subject to minimum levels of participation, we require a final decision on participation by the end of September. We are in the process of finalizing the licence, and although we do not expect any significant variations from the JISC model licence, institutions who sign up prior to the licence being made live will be sent a copy of the final licence before the 31st August.
