The Cengage Learning Collection includes Times Digital Archive, The Burney Collection and 19th Century British Library Newspapers. Prices have risen by 5% this year (the first rise in three years), but will incur no further rises over the course of the three year agreement.
JSTOR have agreed not to increase their subscription rates for museums and galleries, continuing to offer substantial discounts off the list price, and making this resource accessible to institutions who would otherwise be unable to afford it. Both agreements are for three years, with no yearly price increases, and with an opt-out at the end of each year.
