JSTOR launches Business III Collection

Including a minimum of 50 titles by the end of 2012, JSTOR’s Business III Collection builds on the economics and business foundation of the Business I and II collections. The Business III Collection is a useful resource for those teaching, studying and researching in business, economics, management science, and related disciplines.

About the Business III Collection

Business III increases JSTOR's coverage in core business fields such as economics, business administration, and finance, and it includes a robust group of international journals across these disciplines. To date, thirty-four titles are signed for the collection and represent publishers from 6 countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Mexico, and the United States. Titles include:

  • Acta Oeconomica
  • The American Economist
  • Emerging Markets Finance & Trade
  • Estudios Económicos
  • International Studies of Management and Organization
  • Jahrbuch für Wirtschaftswissenschaften
  • Journal of Management Information Systems
  • Public Administration Quarterly
  • Recherche et Applications en Marketing
  • Recherches Economiques de Louvain

The collection adds historical depth, including these three titles with over a century of publishing history:

  • Journal of Institutional and Theoretical Economics (1844)
  • FinanzArchiv (1884)
  • VSWG: Vierteljahrschrift für Sozial- und Wirtschaftsgeschichte (1893)

New titles in Business III also broaden the scope of business titles in JSTOR, including additional titles in information systems and business ethics, and introducing coverage of small business and entrepreneurship and electronic commerce.
