JISC Collections 2011 Conference and AGM

This year the JISC Collections Conference and AGM will be held on Thursday 24 November 2011 at the National Railway Museum in York.
With a focus on the lifecycle of electronic resources, the morning session will include a review of the past year and presentations from the HE and FE perspectives. In the afternoon, we will be running parallel sessions on some of our leading projects and initiatives and how these will develop in the next 12 months.
UKSG One-Day Conference: London

The one-day UKSG conference is this year focussing on “Shared Services”, a concept that is increasingly talked about in the scholarly communications sector, where prominent examples include centralised or consortial procurement (e.g. NESLi2) and collaborative cataloguing (e.g. OCLC).
