Identity Management Toolkit

The Identity Management Toolkit was written, tested, edited and produced by a team from Kidderminster College, The University of Bristol, Cardiff University and The London School of Economics & Political Science as part of a JISC funded project.

The Toolkit defines:

• identity management (IdM)
• all the key IdM components
• policies required to operate an IdM system

It provides a detailed requirements specification for each component and provides a process, and tools, to help:

• audit current IdM policies, processes and systems
• perform IdM gap analysis
• produce a business case for IdM
• produce an IdM roadmap
• procure an IdM system
