As part of the £22 million JISC Digitisation Programme, access to this resource, via the publisher's server, is free to UK Higher and Further Education institutions and Research Councils until 31/07/2013. An access fee may apply after this date. Institutions can now cross search over 3 million pages from approx. 70 national and regional newspapers in 19th Century British Library Newspapers Parts 1 and 2.
