The content is presented as as published, live text, PDF pages and editions in a free-text searchable database for download and/or printout for research and display. It is updated daily.

Digitorial is currently in negotiation with two UK national broadsheet publishers, one UK national tabloid publisher and two UK major regional publishers to add their archives to the UKPressonline database. It also works with the British Library to offer digital archive services to all UK newspaper publishers.

New archive packages released in 2011 include “The Watchman and Wesleyan Advertiser” (precursor of the Methodist Recorder), which ran from 1835 to 1884; and "World War II : the Rise of Hitler to the Fall of Churchill"(1933-1945), which comprises the as-published pages of:

• Daily Express
• Daily Mirror
• Yorkshire Post
• Action! and Blackshirt (British Union of Fascists Press)
• Daily Worker (Communist Party publication)
