With over 3,300 full text titles in the humanities, the collection contains both in-print and out-of print books, with five hundred titles added each year. It is a collaboration of the American Council of Learned Societies, its constituent members, and nearly ninety five publishers.
A select number of XML titles are also available as part of a project to evaluate the usefulness of the XML format.
